About Us

Welcome to College Express Tours LLC., a college campus tour company specializing in multi-day college tours for middle and high school-aged students. We are dedicated to making the journey to higher education accessible and enjoyable for all students. Founded by Floyd A. Williams, College Express Tours LLC was born out of a passion for empowering students to pursue their dreams of attending college, regardless of their backgrounds or circumstances.

Floyd has a first-hand understanding of the challenges that many students face when it comes to accessing higher education. As a child, he didn’t have a lot of exposure to the world of higher education and never imagined that college could be within his reach. However, through hard work, determination, and the support of mentors and family, Floyd not only was able to attend the illustrious Florida A&M University, he was able to double major and graduate with Bachelors degrees in Criminal Justice and Anthropology.

However, it wasn’t until 2010 , at an Upward Bound event, where Floyd was asked to speak about his journey to college, that the idea for College Express Tours was hatched. Witnessing the impact of his story on the students in attendance, he realized the importance of providing guidance and support to young people as they navigate the college admissions process. He knew that he had a unique perspective and a passionate position to be an advocate for exposure.

Our mission is to demystify the college admissions process, provide valuable resources and support, and inspire students to dream big and aim high.
